Cancellation Fees
At the time we receive notification that you must cancel your trip, the following fees will apply. All dates are from departure date:
- Over 30 days: $50 fee (per person)
- Between 29-14 days: 50% of the trip cost
- Less than 13 days: 100% of the trip cost
- Reservation Changes: $50 fee (per person)
Booking Information
After receipt of a 50% deposit, custom trips will be opened to other interested guests (unless you reserve a private trip). A price adjustment will be made based on final group size and whether or not you have selected a private trip.
If we’re able to fill your trip with other guests, a price adjustment will be made for all participating guests, based on the group size.
Price adjustments (if applicable) are applied to the payment balance (due thirty days prior to your trip departure).
For safety reasons, a minimum group size of two (2) guests is required.
Price per person
Includes: a professional guide, all charter boat or float-plane transportation, all paddling and safety equipment; emergency communication,cooking gear; excellent meals plus snacks; high quality camping equipment – 2 and 3 person tents, sleeping bags with liners, inflatable mattresses that convert into chairs; rain gear, rubber boots and dry bags.
Not included: personal clothing, transportation to and from the departure town, and activities before and after the trip; a 3% sales tax; guide gratuities.

It doesn't get any better than this. If you want to experience the real Alaska you must get out on the water... If we return to Alaska, we will make this expedition again.
"Magic Family Holiday" I can't say enough about the wonderful trips that Spirit Walker puts together. The safety and equipment is great. The guides are great fun and knowledgeable about the areas we went. The food is incredible.
The trip had it all: calving glaciers, breaching humpback whales, grizzlies, moose, bald eagles, harbor seals, and much more. I cannot recommend the Spirit Walker crew and the grandeur of Glacier Bay highly enough. Already thinking about my next return trip to the park.
